What to expect.
Baby-led and relaxed: feed, change, or cuddle as needed. We always take baby’s lead.
Step-by-step guidance: I demonstrate techniques on a doll, then you practice with your baby.
Co-regulation: Consent and gentle touch are two pillars of baby massage, helping your baby feel secure while you build connection and confidence.
Full body massage: We cover legs, tummy, chest, arms, back, and face, including gentle strokes to help with wind and discomfort.
Take-home guide: You’ll leave with a handy reference so you can keep practicing at home.
Class length: 90 minutes, with time built in for discussion, questions, and a relaxed tea or coffee afterwards.
Bring: a towel or blanket, your usual changing bits, and whatever your baby needs to be comfy. Mats for you and baby will be provided.

Who it’s for: The class is suitable for babies from birth up to 1 year old.
Format: Small group, max 6 in each class. 1:1 available upon request.
Duration: 90 minutes. Includes tea & coffee after class. See below for dates and times.
Location: Our studio is nestled in a tranquil private space on Foxrock Avenue.
Price: €120 for a 5 week course. Fully or partially redeemable with most health insurance.
Includes: Take-home guide, bottle of massage oil.

5-Week Baby Massage Class
Classes are on Thursdays at 10:30am.
Class Dates: September 3rd, September 10th, September 17th, September 24th and October 1st
Nurture a deeper bond with your baby while learning gentle massage techniques that support relaxation, sleep, and wellbeing. This 5-week course is designed for babies from birth to crawling, and for parents who want a calm, supportive environment to connect with their little one.
Across five sessions, you’ll:
Learn safe, effective strokes for legs, tummy, chest, arms, back, and face
Discover techniques to ease wind, colic, and fussiness
Build confidence in reading your baby’s cues and responding with care
Enjoy guided co-regulation to help your baby feel secure while you stay calm
Take home a handy reference guide for continued practice
Each 90-minute class includes time for discussion and a relaxed tea or coffee afterwards, giving you a chance to connect with other parents. Your instructor is IAIM trained and BMI registered, and a receipt is provided for health insurance claims where applicable.

Totally normal and it happens in almost every class. We go at your baby’s pace. You won’t miss anything, we review all the strokes the following week and you’ll always have the guide to refer to.

Yes, most health insurers offer a full or partial rebate for baby massage courses, depending on your plan. I am an IAIM trained and BMI registered instructor, and you’ll receive a receipt with all the necessary details to submit your claim.
